Lawn Fertilizing Service Commercial Needs a Theme Song

This time of year, I’m starting to line up new customers for lawn and garden fertilizing, weed control, insect and disease management. I start every new customer off with a soil test done through the state cooperative extension in order to establish what services they really need and to provide a means of accountability as we do a followup test the next year. How else can a customer really know if I’m doing a good job or not? The grass is green and there are no weeds so what’s the problem? I’ve seen many tests that show excessive amounts of fertilizer being used. No wonder some lawn companies are cutting lawns every week. Their lawns are on steriods! I’d rather keep my lawns and gardens on a health food diet that on fast food chased down with a protien shake.
